Wig processing time

All custom units are processed between 10 to 20 working days and 12 working days for ready to ship units, orders are only shipped or delivered during working days not weekends. We will contact you via email or telephone if any delay arise but this should not be more than 5 days delay.

Shipping fee estimate 

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and if there's need for any top up we will notify you via email or telephone. We ship via DHL, you will receive a confirmation email or text once your order had been shipped this text contains your tracking number.

Custom duty and tax

DRUSPHILIAHAIRS  is not responsible for any customs and tax billed on your order, all tax billed on your order is your responsibility.

Damage and Insurance
