Exchange/Return for custom order 

To start your custom order use the whatsapp contact at the bottom but note all order for custom unit are final we do not accept return or exchange because that is made upon your request. 

Missing package sent to correct address 

​Shipping Errors: Drusphiliahais not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hairs/wigs we maintain a strict policy:

​Unopened Items: Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if the hair is in its original condition, with security ties/tags intact and the packaging unopened.

​Used Hair: Once the hair has been installed, cut, colored, or chemically treated, it is ineligible for return or exchange.

​Reporting Issues: Any defects must be reported within two days of receipt

Exchange for a different wig

If you want to exchange a unit or a wig without defect you will be responsible for the shipping fee back to us, and the shipping fee of thr new unit that will be sent to you plus an additional $50 added to your bill. Wigs must be returned in perfect condition after inspection we will notify you for further terms please email drusphiliahairs@gmail.com 

Order cancelation 

This can only be possible if we exceed the estimated processing time stated on the website without prior notice, but if we're still within time frame the client will forfeit 30% of payment made earlier.
